I'm Linda, a wholehearted seeker, coach, and Certified Facilitator of the tools of Access Consciousness.

Ten years ago, I showed up to an Access Bars class and left thinking it was kind of silly. I didn't expect much. What I got was a shift that changed my whole life, transformed my marriage and my mental health, and gave me a relationship with myself I didn't know was possible. And I've been facilitating these classes ever since.
